Please register as a first-time user using the Information Management System (IMS).
Upon registration, you will be able to conveniently:
- "Claim" your existing dealer license and employee permit(s), and
- Print your dealer's license and/or employee permit(s).
Initial License/ Employee Permit
To apply for an initial license and employee permit, applications must be submitted using the Information Management System (IMS).
Paper forms are no longer accepted.
Transfer
To transfer an existing employee permit, visit: Information Management System (IMS).
To apply, one must have ICC Certification for the following:
- ICC/NAFED Certified Portable Fire Extinguisher Technician
- ICC/NAFED Pre-Engineered Kitchen Fire Extinguishing Systems Technician
- ICC/NAFED Pre-Engineered Industrial Fire Extinguishing Systems Technician
- NAFED Engineered Fire Suppression Systems Exam
The National Institute of Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) Level III, Technician certification for Special Hazards will be accepted as applicable for Engineered Systems.
