(Consumer ONLY) Exam Study Guide
Fireworks used for consumer only displays shall comply with 16 CFR 1500 and 1507 of the consumer product safety commission standards. Consumer fireworks must comply with CPSC standards for construction, chemical composition, and labeling as required in SC Code of Regulations 71-8300.1(E)(6).
NOTE: Fireworks and Articles of Pyrotechnics not complying with the definition of consumers fireworks as described above shall be discharged by Unrestricted and Restricted Outdoor operators ONLY. - Fireworks and Pyrotechnics Malfunction Report

ATF Form: Report of Theft or Loss-Explosive Materials - This form must be emailed within 24 hours of theft or loss of explosives to osfmpermitting@llr.sc.gov
